Heimat - A European word translating to "home" or "homeland"

Heimat was born from a need to make owning and renting an investment property as important as buying and selling a home. A place where everyone benefits from a high level of service and support. A place where peace of mind for an investor is regarded as important as a successful sale for a vendor.

Whilst traditional agencies are focused on the hype of sales and allocate minimal time to the rigours of Property Management, we made the decision to launch a new and vibrant approach. In 2018, after many years operating under a franchise, we decided to build Heimat, the "Home of Property Management and Sales".

We developed a business model that places service at the forefront of the business where long term relationships can be forged and trust developed with your property partner.

Our service is not generic or franchised rather tailored to our clients and market. From landlords and tenants to buyers and sellers, we aspire to deliver a service where everyone feels valued when interacting with Heimat.
