I have been dealing with Heimat since before they were Heimat and there’s a reason why when we needed to move we chose to wait for a property that is managed by them than go with whatever is available/suitable. They are incredibly efficient, very kind and all around fantastic! We'd give 10 stars if we could!! The Heimat team have always provided us with excellent service over many years as our property manager and recently as our selling agent. We didn't need to worry about anything as they took care of everything! In particular Georgie did an awesome job arranging all the improvement works needed to prepare our unit for market, and we couldn't be happier with Matt's advice and experience in securing a quick sale.
